Inmigrantes, una palabra muy de moda en los últimos 5 años al nivel mundial, sobre todo en Latino América y el Caribe.
Miles y millones de personas han tenido que tomar la decisión de emigrar a otros países, en busca de una nueva oportunidad para crecer tanto en lo económico como en lo social. No es para nada fácil, aunque para nadie es un secreto que muchos tienen suerte y surgen de la nada hacia el éxito en un abrir y cerrar de ojos, pero existe también la otra cara de la moneda que pasan y pasa el tiempo y aun no logran obtener una estabilidad por lo menos básica.
En el caso de Venezuela muchas familias han pasado por ese proceso de que algunos miembros de la misma han tomado el camino hacia otros países donde la situación real no es nada fácil, es comenzar una vida de cero, nuevos amigos, nuevos vecinos, una nueva vida en sí.
Es un proceso de cambio muy fuerte y brusco, donde hoy amaneciste en tu casa y ya mañana estas en una habitación, en una ciudad o pueblo donde nunca has estado, con costumbres totalmente distintas y gastronomía que nos debemos adaptar.
Ahora bien, debemos llenarnos de fuerza y valentía para enfrentar cualquier situación de la cual no estamos acostumbrados, vivimos expuestos a xenofobias, acosos, explotación laboral entre otros.
En mi caso nunca me he ido de mi País, pero el 90% de mis amigos están fuera, algunos han tenido la suerte de crecer y hasta familia tener, casados, con hijos y hasta con negocio propio y otros no con la misma suerte, de dormir en plazas y hasta estar en semáforos pidiendo dinero para poder costearse la comida.
Aun sigo pensado que tomar la decisión de irnos y dejar a los nuestros no es fácil y aun mas con tantas posibilidades en la actualidad por Internet para trabajar y obtener ingresos seguros a diario o mensuales.
Para nadie es un secreto que la economía ha sido un factor determinante. Muchos de los inmigrantes estaban trabajando de manera informal con pocas protecciones y oportunidades de progreso. Para este grupo, quienes pueden haber sido marginados económica, social o políticamente en sus países, la salida a otros países, se ha convertido en una estrategia de supervivencia, donde los miembros de la familia y amigos participan en esta, para acceder a recursos y un poco más de tranquilidad económica.
Desde el punto de vista del grupo familiar, las migraciones constituyen, un medio de movilidad social, que sus miembros utilizan para acceder a oportunidades y al progreso económico que se perciben cerradas en su país de origen y no es un fenómeno determinado estructuralmente, por cuanto emprenden la aventura con decisión, voluntad y expectativas de encontrar mejore oportunidades ocupacionales.
Pienso que las barreras culturales y lingüísticas en algunos de los casos, son algunos de los desafíos que podemos atravesar. Esto realmente afecta la posibilidad de integración del mismo modo que repercute sus capacidades de acceder a sistemas nacionales de protección y asistencia.
No es fácil irse de nuestro País natal, el que nos vio nacer y crecer, pero la situación a veces nos hace tomar decisiones para poder obtener una mejor calidad de vida. A todos los Emigrantes les deseo la mejor de la suerte.

It is not easy at all, although it is not a secret to anyone that many are lucky and success emerges from nowhere in the blink of an eye, but there is also the other side of the coin that passes and time passes and still not They will achieve at least basic stability.
In the case of Venezuela, many families have gone through this process in which some members of the family have taken the road to other countries where the real situation is not easy, it is starting a life from scratch, new friends, new neighbors, a new life itself.
It is a very strong and abrupt process of change, where today you woke up in your house and tomorrow you are in a room, in a city or town where you have never been, with totally different customs and gastronomy that we must adapt to.
Now, we must fill ourselves with strength and courage to face any situation that we are not used to, we live exposed to xenophobia, harassment, labor exploitation among others.
In my case, I have never left my country, but 90% of my friends are abroad, some have been lucky enough to grow up and even have families, married, with children and even with their own business and others not with the same luck. from sleeping in squares and even being at traffic lights asking for money to be able to afford food.
I still think that making the decision to leave and leave ours is not easy and even more so with so many possibilities today on the internet to work and obtain daily or monthly secure income.
It is no secret to anyone that the economy has been a determining factor. Many of the immigrants were working informally with few protections and opportunities for advancement. For this group, who may have been economically, socially or politically marginalized in their countries, leaving to other countries has become a survival strategy, where family members and friends participate in this, to access resources and a little more economic peace of mind.
From the point of view of the family group, migrations constitute a means of social mobility, which its members use to access opportunities and economic progress that are perceived as closed in their country of origin and it is not a structurally determined phenomenon, since they undertake the adventure with determination, will and expectations of finding better occupational opportunities.
I think the cultural and language barriers in some of the cases are some of the challenges that we can go through. This really affects the possibility of integration in the same way that it affects their ability to access national protection and assistance systems.
It is not easy to leave our native country, the one where we were born and grow, but the situation sometimes makes us make decisions in order to obtain a better quality of life. I wish all the Emigrants the best of luck.
