Copra is a dried coconut meat from which oil is extracted.
This is one of the jobs available in the mountains, particularly for poor people like me. This is known as coconut harvesting; some people are ashamed of this work, but we poor people should not be ashamed because it is the best way for our families to survive, and the most important thing is that you are not stepping on anyone's toes or doing anything wrong. They can buy copra cheaply, so the family will have enough food.
The important thing to remember is that you can only eat three times per day and still survive.
