El dia Domingo fuimos para la Casa de mi Abuela para hacer unos perros calientes y compartir un rato en familia porque todos los domingos vamos a soledad es ya cómo una tradición, bueno aunque ahora vamos unos domingos si y otros no.

Yo tenia meses sin ir para la casa de mi abuela ya que ella habia fallecido el 15 de Octubre del año pasado 5 dias despues de mi cumpleaños y ya tiene 1 año de fallecida, fui hace cómo 7 meses atras para visitar la tumba y limpiar ese espacio.

Mi tia la hermana de mi papá nos pasó buscando en su carro y fuimos, llegamos y se preparó unas arepas porque nosotros no habiamos desayunado

Estos son los hijos de mis primos, estaban adentro de la piscina casera que habia hecho mi abuelo hace 26 años, no se ha llenado de agua porque tienen que hacerle unos arreglos

Ya a eso de las 12:00pm se empezó a hacer el almuerzo, mi tio llevó unos mangos y unos dos aguacates ya que el tiene arboles en su casa y tiene una gran siembra

El almuerzo era un arroz con largarto con hueso, este es mi papá que está picando el lagarto con hueso en cuadritos, para que asi alcanzara para todos nosotros y de un gusto rico

Cómo ven se hizo un aguadito de arroz primero parece sopa al principio pero luego queda sabroso

Y asi queda, este fue mi segundo plato de comida, quedó muy rico cuando se estaba cocinando los aji que habian comprado para ponerle al arroz estaban picante, me di cuenta algo tarde porque me habia pegado un olor fuerte a aji y alli es como uno se da cuenta de que es picante, mi primo lo medio provó y si estaba picante, pero igual ese picor le dio un rico sabor

A las 4:00pm mis primos empezaron a acomodar todo para realizar los perros calientes, cómo la cebolla ,zanahoria, las salsasy el queso

Ya con todo listo empecé a preparar los panes con las salchichas

mis primos ayudaron ponienndo los demas ingredientes, y asi es cómo quedaban los perros con el queso rallado, salieron unos 60 perros

Ya mi teléfono se me descargó y no pude tomar mas fotos, pero asi quedaron
