You both seem happy, so I'm guessing that it was a great decision to invite her to that restaurant. The food and drinks look good and food is always the perfect thing to bond over.
It would be great to see more content of you and just a little pointer; as a newbie, it's great to check out community initiatives where you can get to interact with other authors. It's also a great way to find blog ideas for inspiration.
