Today i made out time to visit the rotaract club in JALINGO city, rotaract club of jalingo city base is one of the few rotaract clubs in taraba state and in district 9127, their fellowship venue is at the pastoral center, our lady queen of peace cathedral jalingo, taraba state.
I arrived at the meeting venue at 15 minutes past 4 pm while the meeting was slated to begin by 5 pm at the dot, we waited and welcomed members and guests of the club to our first fellowship for the 2025 Gregorian calendar year and wish those making use of the chinese calendar year a happy new year in advance.
While the meeting was going on i presented my vision for effective collaboration with the rotaract club in jalingo and the community development service group for corp members in taraba state, which was very much welcoming from the tone of the response of the rotaract club president, next in line was the refreshments, the pictures below speaks for itself, i must tell you i took a bottle of orijin beer 🍻 and I enjoyed myself for the evening.
I also talked about how our club members could leverage block chains social media for communication and social engagement, the risks and the rewards, i introduced the hive blog to the handful of people in the fellowship.
