For someone who loves food, one of the best gifts will always be an outing to eat, and that, without a doubt, is my case.
Hello friends, happy start of the week! I hope you are feeling great. Around these parts of the world, things are pretty "quiet " now that the kids are on school vacation, so I'm taking advantage of not having to do school homework to do MORE homework, yessssss (laugh so I don't cry), because who told you that a mom has "real " vacations.
But anyway, I'm enjoying them, and today I want to share with you a very special outing with my family for my birthday (yes, yes, there's still material left from that birthday).
And if we talk about "special ", those who know me, know that it implies food, but not only because I love to eat (which is true), but because it makes me remember the birthdays with my parents and my sisters, because we were not used to celebrate them with big parties, but with an outing to eat, and it is something that although I adopted for my own family, because of the economic situation of the country, that meal now takes place at home.
And this year wasn't going to be the exception. It was time to decide on something delicious that we could enjoy at home. But as you can see, I said "was ", and that's because God sent many little angels that made things change this year, and that I could go out with my family to enjoy not only time with them, but eating something we all love.
Those little angels were my blood sisters, and other siblings that life gave me, through Hive, who not only showed me their love with beautiful words, but also in a material way, so that I could spend a special birthday. And believe me, it is something I will never forget. I love them, huge.
But not to deviate from the subject, and make this longer (which is my specialty), I tell you that I took advantage of that special gift to go to eat Sushi with my family, to "Bonsai ", our favorite place in the world.
And I must say that I did not choose wrong, because apart from love the sushi, this place rarely disappoints you, because it is not only beautiful, but the food is delicious. Also from Monday to Thursday they have some very good promotions, and although they are not the cheapest option, it was a special day, and after a year and a half without trying it, I can tell you that it tasted great.
We ordered 3 different options of the promotion that day, although the idea was that the 4 were different but of the 5 available to choose from, two were roles with chicken and beef, and it makes no sense to go to eat sushi and ask for one of chicken or beef, so we ordered the others and exchanged to see which one we liked more, and in those changes the children always win, because if they like ours (mom and dad's) more we ended up giving in to the exchange (parental love).
The truth is, I have nothing but words of gratitude for those who made my birthday so special this year, and I had a pre birthday, a birthday day, a post birthday and I am still enjoying post post birthday gifts, and of course, me, happy. Not for the gifts, but for the love shown, and in this case I can say that you reap what you sow.

Para alguien que ama la comida, uno de los mejores regalos, siempre será una salida a comer, y ese sin lugar a dudas, es mi caso.
¡Hola amigos, feliz inicio de semana! Espero se encuentren súper bien. Por estos lados del mundo, las cosas bastante "tranquilas" ahora que los niños están de vacaciones escolares, por lo que estoy aprovechando el no tener que hacer tareas de escuela para hacer MÁS tareas de casa, siiiii (reír para no llorar), porque quién les dijo que una mamá tiene vacaciones "reales".
Pero sea como sea, las estoy disfrutando, y el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una salida muy especial con mi familia por mi cumpleaños (sí, sí, aún queda material de ese cumple).
Y si hablamos de "especial", el que me conoce, sabe que eso implica comida, pero no solo porque yo amo comer (que es cierto), sino porque me hace recordar los cumpleaños con mis padres y mis hermanas, pues no teníamos la costumbre de celebrarlos con grandes fiestas, sino con una salida a comer, y aunque es algo que adopté para mi propia familia, por la situación económica del país, esa comida ahora se realiza en casa.
Y este año no "iba" a ser la excepción. Tocaba decidirse por algo rico que pudiésemos disfrutar en casita. Pero como ven, dije "iba", y eso es porque Dios mandó muchos angelitos que hicieron que este año las cosas cambiaran, y que pudiera salir con mi familia a disfrutar no solo de tiempo con ellos, sino comiendo algo que todos amamos.
Esos angelitos fueron mis hermanas de sangre, y otros hermanos que me regaló la vida, a través de Hive, quienes no solo me demostraron su cariño con palabras hermosas, sino de forma material, para que yo pudiera pasar un día de cumple especial. Y créanme que es algo que nunca olvidaré. Les amo, enorme.
Pero para no desviarme del tema, y hacerles esto más largo (cosa que es mi especialidad), les cuento que aproveché ese regalo especial para ir a comer Sushi con mi familia, a "Bonsai", nuestro lugar favorito en el mundo mundial.
Y debo decir que no escogí mal, pues aparte de amar el sushi, este lugar muy rara vez te decepciona, porque no solo es precioso, sino que la comida es riquísima. Además, de lunes a jueves tiene unas promociones muy buenas, y aunque eso no la hace la opción más económica, se trataba de un día especial, y después de año y medio sin probarla, ya era hora, y les digo que sabían a gloria.
Pedimos 3 opciones diferentes de la promoción de ese día, aunque la idea era que las 4 fuesen diferentes, pero de las 5 disponibles para escoger, dos eran roles con pollo y carne, y no tiene sentido ir a comer sushi y pedir uno de pollo o carne, así que ordenamos los otros e intercambiamos para ver cuál nos gustaba más, y en esos cambios los niños a menudo ganan, porque si le gustan más los nuestros (los de papá y mamá) terminamos cediendo al intercambio (amor de padres).
La verdad, no tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento para los que hicieron posible que este año mi cumpleaños fuese tan especial, y es que tuve un pre cumple, un día de cumple, un post cumple y aún sigo disfrutando de regalos de post post post cumple, y por supuesto, yo, feliz. No por los regalos, sino por el cariño demostrado, y en este caso puedo decir que uno cosecha lo que siembra.

Me da mucho gusto de que hayas podido disfrutar al máximo de tu cumpleaños amiga, esa sin duda fue una ocasión muy especial que ameritaba de hacer algo diferente y salir a comer algo rico a su lugar favorito no podía faltar. Yo sigo sin probar el sushi pero necesito hacerlo urgentemente, los que pediste se ven super deliciosos, y tienes razón , no tenia sentido pedir roles de carne o pollo.
Amiga mucho de ese cumple y lo que pude hacer es gracias a ustedes y lo agradezco mucho.
El sushi es mi perdición pero no lo puedo comer con la frecuencia que quisiera. Ojalá un día lo pruebes.
