Saludos compañeros de hive, hoy compartir con ustedes mi salida de fin de semana con un grupo super especial que en un principio solo eran compañeros de trabajo, y con el paso del tiempo hemos forjado una amitad y cercanía tan fuerte que todos consideramos que somos parte de la misma familia, la familia que escogemos.
Greetings colleagues from hive, today I share with you my weekend outing with a super special group that at first were just co-workers, and over time we have forged such a strong friendship and closeness that we all consider that we are part of it. from the same family, the family we choose.
¿Quienes son ellos y donde los conocí? / Who are they and where did I meet them?
Ellos son parte del equipo de trabajo de uno de los estudios de Pilates donde hago vida laboral, el estudio se llama Kalibra Fitness, este estudio se caracteriza por ofrecer no solo clases del método Pilates (pilates reformer, mat o con implementos), sino que también contamos con otros sistemas de entrenamiento y adicionalmente contamos con servicio de fisioterapia, lo cual creo que es lo que hace el primer match con todos los que entramos allí. Todos trabajamos en pro del bienestar de nuestros clientes y el estudio del cuerpo en movimiento es nuestra pasión.
They are part of the work team of one of the Pilates studios where I work, the studio is called Kalibra Fitness, this studio is characterized by offering not only classes of the Pilates method (pilates reformer, mat or with ), but we also have other training systems and additionally we have a physiotherapy service, which I think is what the first match does with all of us who enter there. We all work for the well-being of our clients and the study of the body in movement is our passion.
En un principio todos los que hemos llegado o fue por recomendación o porque vieron nuestro trabajo en algún lugar y nos dieron la oportunidad de trabajar en este lugar, nuestra jefa, que es como la madre de este grupete también es instructora y es la dueña del negocio. Hace poco compartimos como llegamos y cual fue la entrevista de trabajo y es super genial ver que fue muy agradable desde el primer momento y que fomenta ese espacio laboral tranquilo y familiar, ya que ese es el lema del estudio y así queremos transmitir esa energía a nuestros clientes, nuestro estudio es nuestra Fit Home y es ese espacio donde los clientes no solo van a recuperarse físicamente, y esa energía es la que nos hizo conectar muy bien y seguir compartiendo por más de 4 años de compañerismo y bonitos momentos de compartir no solo en nuestro espacio laboral.
At first, all of us who have come either by recommendation or because they saw our work somewhere and gave us the opportunity to work in this place, our boss, who is like the mother of this group, is also an instructor and is the owner of the business. We recently shared how we got there and what the job interview was like and it's super cool to see that it was very pleasant from the start and that it fosters that calm and familiar work space, since that's the studio's motto and that's how we want to transmit that energy to our clients, our studio is our Fit Home and it is that space where clients not only go to recover physically, and that energy is what made us connect very well and continue sharing for more than 4 years of camaraderie and beautiful moments of sharing not only in our workplace.
¿Para donde nos fuimos esta vez? / Where did we go this time?
Todos los años tenemos como dos tres salidas donde tratamos de estar todo el equipo y nuestro objetivo de esas salidas es simplemente desconectarnos del trabajo, compartir, conversar de otros temas que no sean solo laborales, tomarnos fotitos destacando las áreas de cada uno y pasar un rato agradable conociendo lugares nuevos o repitiendo lugares que nos parecieron excelentes para divertirnos y relajarnos.
Every year we have about two or three outings where the whole team tries to be and our objective in these outings is simply to disconnect from work, share, talk about other issues that are not just work, take photos highlighting each other's areas and spend a pleasant time getting to know new places or repeating places that we found excellent to have fun and relax.
Esta vez tomamos un fullday el cual tenía una ruta Playa-Motaña. Nuestro fullday iniciaba en la ciudad de Caracas, y nuestros destinos eran el estado la guiaría, haciendo una parada en un mirados super hermoso llamado El Fortin el cual forma parte de la zona colonial de la ciudad que lleva el mismo nombre, posteriormente fuimos a Playa Mansa, ubicada aproximadamente a 20 minutos de esta primera parada, luego devolvernos a la ciudad de Caracas atravesando el parque nacional Waraira Repano (El Avila), donde íbamos a tener una delciosa parada en una quebrada que lleva por nombre San Jose de Galipan, ubicada en el pueblo de Galipán en el parque. Para luego hacer una parada en el pueblo, para disfrutar de un delicioso chocolate caliente y desde allí bajar de la montaña nuevamente a la ciudad capital.

¿Por qué nos parece tan importante participar en estas actividades de grupo? / Why do we find it so important to participate in these group activities?
Principalmente porque no compartimos casi en el espacio laboral. Con frecuencia nos pasa que solo tenemos el horario de almuerzo para encontrarnos todos y conversar sobre cualquier tema, pero la verdad en una hora de almuerzo no da tiempo de compartir realmente con tus amigos y compañeros y mas cuando sabes que hablan demasiado o tenemos demasiados temas de conversación. También sirve para dar una información importante donde todos estén presentes y puedan recibir la información de primera mano.
Mainly because we hardly share in the work space. It often happens to us that we only have lunch time to meet everyone and talk about any topic, but the truth is that in a lunch hour there is not time to really share with your friends and colleagues, especially when you know that they talk too much or we have too many topics. of conversation. It also serves to give important information where everyone is present and can receive the information first hand.
Una de las cosas mas bonitas es que algunos tenemos experiencia y vida activa en el arte, entonces en esos momentos aprovechamos de consultar con nuestros compañeros que nos van a ver en nuestras obras artísticas sobre su experiencia viendo la obra, criticas y sugerencias y contrastar los puntos de vista entre artistas de escenario y espectadores.
One of the most beautiful things is that some of us have experience and an active life in art, so in those moments we take advantage of consulting with our colleagues who are going to see us in our artistic works about their experience seeing the work, critics and suggestions and contrasting the points of view between stage performers and spectators.
Lo más importante de todo, terapia grupal. A veces utilizamos estos espacios también para pedir consejos sobre algo que nos esté afectando no solo en nuestra vida personal sino también laboral. Comparamos puntos de vista, reímos, lloramos, conversamos cada uno desde su experiencia haciendo un espacio social maravilloso y super completo, que a veces en una familia no tenemos.
Most important of all, group therapy. Sometimes we also use these spaces to ask for advice about something that is affecting us not only in our personal life but also in our work life. We compare points of view, we laugh, we cry, we each talk from their experience, making a wonderful and super complete social space, which sometimes we don't have in a family.
¿Nuestra jefa nos acompaña en todas las salidas, siempre vamos todos? / Does our boss accompany us on all the outings, do we all always go?
La verdad, es complicado coincidir todos en la misma salida, creo que sucede una vez al año. Lo que me encanta de esto es que nuestra jefa es la que realmente inicia con la idea de salir, nos indica varios destinos, entre todos escogemos el que nos parezca mas genial, nos planificamos y nos lanzamos la aventura.
The truth is, it's difficult to all coincide in the same outing, I think it happens once a year. What I love about this is that our boss is the one who really starts with the idea of going out, she tells us several destinations, among all of us we choose the one that seems most amazing to us, we plan and launch the adventure.
¿La jefa paga algo de ese viaje? / Does the boss pay anything for that trip?
Somos un equipo bastante unido por lo cual siempre todos aportamos para las salidas, los gastos en comidas y bebidas o cualquier actividad que se vaya a realizar en el momento. La verdad no se como logramos hacer que esto sea así de una forma tan natural y que a todos nos parezca excelente esta idea de compartir, pero sin duda alguna es perfecto para cada uno de los que participamos, además que nuestros clientes ven esa relación tan cercana que tenemos y de alguna forma eso les genera afinidad a ellos también ya que esas salidas son motivos y temas de conversación entre clases. Así conservamos el trato cercano con los clientes y generamos un ambiente 100% bienestar. En mi larga o corta experiencia laboral, la verdad esta vibra y energía grupal familiar de este equipo es la mejor sin duda alguna y agradezco siempre por su presencia en mi vida.
We are a fairly united team, which is why we all always contribute to outings, food and drink expenses or any activity that is going to be carried out at the time. I really don't know how we managed to make this happen in such a natural way and that this idea of sharing seems excellent to all of us, but without a doubt it is perfect for each one of us who participate, in addition to the fact that our clients see this relationship as so that we have and somehow that generates an affinity for them as well, since these outings are reasons and topics of conversation between classes. This is how we maintain a close relationship with customers and create a 100% well-being environment. In my long or short work experience, the truth is this family group vibe and energy of this team is the best without a doubt and I am always grateful for your presence in my life.
Por aquí les dejo algunas fotitos de nuestro paseo que estuvo delicioso para que se motiven a hacer turismo no solo con sus familiares sino también con sus grupos de amigos o compañeros de trabajo. El ser humano es inevitablemente social así que debemos aprovechar de esta posibilidad y de compartir y socializar de una forma sana y divertida.

PD: Nuestra jefa no pudo ir porque le salió una pauta de trabajo este fin de semana, pero ella sabe que la amamos y que probablemente estará en la próxima salida compartiendo con nosotros como lo hacemos siempre.
