Coffee is the second drink after water. Although there are different types of coffee (strong, light, latté, cappuccino, decaffeinated), there are several ways to take coffee and prepare and drink it.
But it is a drink to share with friends, family, and colleagues.
Preferably it would be best if you drank your cup of coffee after an hour of waking up and, more precisely, between 9:30 and 11:30 am and not exceed four cups of coffee daily because an excess of coffee can cause insomnia, agitation, headaches, and acid reflux.
Coffee is a drink that provides energy and vivacity and helps reduce fatigue, promotes concentration thanks to its content of vitamins B2, B5, and B6, and minerals such as magnesium and potassium.
It also contains antioxidants, especially polyphenol, which has a real impact on our health.
Coffee can prevent cardiovascular diseases and certain cancers. In addition, it reduces the risk of Parkinson's and Alzheimer's by 65%.
It facilitates digestion; drinking it after a greedy lunch is recommended.
The great producer of coffee is undoubtedly Brazil, but Costa Rica produces the best coffee. There are several types of coffee, but Kopi Luwak is the most costly espresso on the planet. The cup costs about 80 dollars in the United States.
This expensive coffee comes from the droppings of a small animal that looks like a cat and lives in Indonesia. It eats small animals, fruits, and coffee beans whose proteins change structure thanks to the gastric enzymes in its digestive system and makes the taste of coffee sweeter and better to taste.
It is always an absolute pleasure to drink a delicious coffee, its smell at home or anywhere awakens all our senses, and it is a happiness that we enjoy every day.
Coffee isn't really a thing in my family, I usually see my roomie drink it when he has a lot of work on his plate, the first time I drank it, I didn't really like it as I took it just mixed with water.
I would try other coffee making techniques so I can get use to it, as I have read a lot of it's health benefits. Hopefully, I will see the ones I like.
