Responsibility is responding to ability that is to say there is an inherent ability that you have to answer to. When we were much younger the only way we could communicate with our parents is to cry, now it is left with our parents to assume what the matter could be.
As we advance in age as well as reasoning we begin to have the mind of our own and the expectation grows that we have to be independent that is to say being responsible for our own actions.
Now, not to say we may not take suggestions from trusted fellows but no one will compare you to takes his own direction. I have seen grown men and ladies who refuse to grow in mind and still play the game of blame whenever they fail. Standing up to responsibility is what everyone need to learn.
Growing in responsibility one have to learn how to make a list of every option around his reach in relation to what he desire. Secondly, make a list of the advantage and disadvantage of all option and lastly taking the best option that suite what he desires.
It is important not to rush into any option if one wish to have the best out of every matter.
