Hello everyone and welcome back to My Life In Color - Highlighting the Color For the Day. Today is Christmas in the U.S. Excitement abounds with the various colors of the holiday season. This time of year for celebrations, the landscape has changed to the Fall colors.
The idea for a challenge based on colors assigned to each day is not new. It was the concept of @kalemandra. Unfortunately, she is no longer operating on Hive. I participated in numerous days, providing color images. I was sad to hear of her leaving. Since I love digital drawings, I decided to create my own version of the colors assigned to different days. It's not a challenge. I'm only sharing with you many of my personal photos and digital drawing images in my collection.
With that said, today is Saturday, and that means selecting Orange and Color Burst (any array of colors) to share with you today on Christmas. My choice of colors are found in my color chart below in which I assigned a different day of the week with a particular color or color blend.
In locating the color for today, I scoured through my numerous digital drawings I created with online digital drawing programs.
Digital Drawings
Apophysis 2.09
Apophysis 2.09 is a fractal rendering program. It produces fractal digital drawings from complex mathematical equations. A fractal is a visual representation of those equations. Numerous fractal rendering programs exist. You can choose ones with different levels of difficult and whether they are open sourced and free to use.
Three fractals I recently created contain the orange and burst of colors for today's color chart:
Bomomo
Bomomo is an online drawing software that produces abstract art. The unique drawing tools are fun to work with. Each tool provides a set of specific patterns with varying colors that change on different moves. If you want to fully grasp how powerful the tools are, practice is the key. You'll be able to produce images in the form of circles, diagrams, hexagons, and other patterns.

WEDNESDAY: Black, White, and Gray
THURSDAY: Red and Brown
FRIDAY: Green and Turquoise
SATURDAY: Orange and Color Burst (Array of Colors)
SUNDAY: Glittering Gold and Brilliant Yellow
