Faithfulness is one of the attributes of God, therefore we who believe in him should be faithful in all aspects of life.
The noun "faithfulness" has to do with dependability and loyalty particularly as it describes God in relationship to human beings. Faithfulness is the fruit of our faith in God's faithfulness.
Faithfulness is accompanied with unspeakable reward. The reward is both physical and spiritual. Our Lord Jesus commended faithfulness in all his teachings and parables.

Blessed: A faithful person is blessed in all ramifications. The blessedness here entails
Enjoying happiness
Favoured by God
Being beautified
Being exalted above others e.g Joseph
Enjoying felicity in heaven
He is promoted: Promotion awaits every faithful one, he or she will rule over all, he will be recognized as officer in-charge, he wins the master's recommendation.
Remain faithful to the end because faithfulness shall surely be rewarded. Love God with all your heart, soul and might. If you can't do the three things, then you're not faithful to God.
