“¿QUIÉN ES TU COMPAÑERO?”
Jacob estaba pasando por una situación difícil, su hermano lo quería matar, porque lo había suplantado y recibió la bendición que le correspondía a su hermano Esaú. Así que, huía de su hermano, a tierra de Padan-Aran en busca de su futura esposa, de su misma familia.
Empezó su viaje, solo sin acompañante, por eso la reflexión de hoy la he titulado: “¿QUIÉN ES TU COMPAÑERO?” Ya oscureciendo y quizás cansado del camino decide dormir y esa noche se le apareció Dios en sueño y estas fueron las palabras que le dijo Dios:
He aquí, yo estoy contigo, y te guardaré por dondequiera que fueres, y volveré a traerte a esta tierra; porque no te dejaré hasta que haya hecho lo que te he dicho.
Génesis 28:15
Dios le estaba diciendo a Jacob que en cada situación que él iba a enfrentar, Dios estaría con él. Su acompañante iba a ser Dios y no lo iba a abandonar.
Los dioses paganos prometían a sus fieles protección dentro de sus propios territorios, porque eran dioses locales. Pero vemos aquí, que el Dios único y verdadero le prometía a Jacob su compañía en cualquier lugar donde él fuera. Jacob podía contar con la seguridad que Dios no lo iba a abandonar.
Si te sientes en situación de abandono, donde no ves que la compañía de Dios en tus problemas y situaciones, es momento de que rompas con ese sentimiento y entiendas que Dios está contigo.
Dios quiere que sepas que ante cualquier situación no te va a abandonar, Él está contigo.
Determina levantarte y mira los errores que has cometido, reconoce tus fallas y confía en Dios. Pero sobre todo deja que Dios sea tu compañero y dirija tus pasos a todas aquellas nuevas oportunidades que van apareciendo.
Un compañero que nunca te va a dejar y te va a dar las fuerzas necesarias para seguir adelante, deja que sea tu compañero de la vida que tienes por delante.
Dios te bendiga.

“WHO IS YOUR PARTNER?”

Behold, I am with you, and I will keep you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this earth; because i won't leave you until i've done what i told you
Genesis 28:15
God was telling Jacob that in every situation he was going to face, God would be with him. His companion was going to be God and he was not going to abandon him.
The pagan gods promised their faithful protection within their own territories, because they were local gods. But we see here that the one true God promised Jacob his company wherever he went. Jacob could count on the assurance that God would not abandon him.
If you feel in a situation of abandonment, where you do not see the company of God in your problems and situations, it is time for you to break with that feeling and understand that God is with you.
God wants you to know that in any situation He is not going to abandon you, He is with you.
Determine to get up and look at the mistakes you have made, acknowledge your failures and trust God. But above all, let God be your companion and direct your steps to all those new opportunities that appear.
A partner who will never leave you and will give you the necessary strength to move on, let him be your partner in the life that you have ahead.
