¿Les ha pasado en casa que intentando resolver un problema encuentran muchos más? Pues justo esto me está pasando en este momento, les comentaba que comencé con un problema en mi apartamento de filtraciones, que es algo que me ha tenido bastante tensa. Pues se dañó una cosa tras otra y he ido arreglando poco a poco cada una.
El principal problema es encontrar quien me haga un buen trabajo, albañil malo es lo que sobra por aquí, pues el tema de la filtración del baño me ha hecho gastar más de la cuenta, sobre todo porque los diagnósticos que me dan y los trabajos que realizan no termina dando con la solución del problema.
Compré los pomos de la cerradura de la regadera, el trabajo duró como tres días e inmediatamente comenzó a salir agua por la regadera otra vez. Vino el albañil nuevamente y su diagnóstico del trabajo que hizo fue decirme que los pomos que había comprado eran de mala calidad, aun cuando le solicité al vendedor que me diera los mejores.

The builder came back and his diagnosis of the work he had done was to tell me that the knobs I had bought were of poor quality, even though I had asked the salesperson to give me the best ones.
Después vino otro y los sacó y me dijo que era que estaban mal puestos, les echó teflón y eso duró como tres días más. Así que, en medio de mi desesperación y conversando con una vecina, me dijo que eso le había pasado y para resolver de momento, compró una llave de paso y la colocó en el tubo de la regadera, mientras solucionaba lo de la grifería de la regadera.
Pues me fui y compré la llave de paso y la mandé a instalar y el problema del bote de agua de la regadera se solucionó momentáneamente, ya no salía agua en la ducha, pero entonces, se venía el agua por dentro de la cerámica de la pared y salía por el piso de la cocina y eso era una poza de agua que se formaba. Por suerte, cerca de esa zona me quedan unos inodoros cerca y el agua circula por ahí.
Y les cuento que hacía unos meses que esos inodoros se me habían tapado y con este bote de agua era una locura. Por suerte me los destaparon y el agua circula por ahí, pero igual tengo que estar secando. El problema ocurre ahora que, después de que puse la llave de paso en la regadera, un día abriéndola, con la pequeña fuerza que tenía que hacerle, se partió el tubo de la regadera dentro de la pared y comenzó a salir el agua como loca con presión y eso fue todo un caos.

So, in the midst of my desperation, I talked to a neighbor, who told me that the same thing had happened to her. To solve the problem temporarily, she bought a shut-off valve and installed it on the shower pipe while she fixed the shower faucet.
So I went and bought the shut-off valve and had it installed, and the problem of water leaking from the shower head was temporarily solved. Water no longer came out of the shower, but then water came out from inside the ceramic tiles on the wall and onto the kitchen floor, forming a puddle. Luckily, I have some toilets nearby, and the water flows through them.
I should mention that those toilets had been clogged for a few months, and with this water leaking, it was crazy. Luckily, they unclogged them and the water flows there, but I still have to keep mopping up. The problem is that now, after I installed the shut-off valve on the shower, one day when I turned it on, with the little force I had to use, the shower pipe inside the wall broke and water started gushing out like crazy, and it was total chaos.
Yo estaba que quería irme, mudarme, olvidarme de casa y dejar la peluca, pero bueno, no podía hacerlo, cerré la cortina, pero igual salían pequeñas partículas de agua hacía el lavamanos y se mojaba el piso y justo esos inodoros el destapador de cañerías no pudo abrirlos, así que al llenarse el piso de agua comenzaba a salir fuera del baño.
Fue un día de completo caos y más, porque de tanto regular la llave por los botes de agua que tenía primero en el lavaplatos que ya resolví, la llave de paso del apartamento se aisló y, aunque la cierre completa, sigue pasando agua. Ahora debo cambiar la llave de paso del agua del apartamento, la principal, también cambiar el sistema completo de la ducha y comprar una regadera nueva.
Esto sin meter que aún no he conseguido que me destapen el inodoro del baño y que el que me hizo el cambio del lavamanos lo dejó con una filtración y bueno, esto ha sido una catarsis de problemas sin resolver que se acumularon uno tras otro en menos de una semana. El tema del lavaplatos quedó muy bien y quedé muy contenta con la calidad de la grifería y todo lo cambié. Ahora el problema grande por resolver está en el baño. Que Dios me ayude.

Well, this has been a catharsis of unresolved problems that piled up one after another in less than a week. The dishwasher turned out great, and I was very happy with the quality of the faucets, so I replaced everything. Now the big problem to solve is in the bathroom. God help me.
Los problemas de filtraciones son los peores, espero que solventes el problema del baño pronto.
Si amiga, ando en eso, ya he comprado varias cosas, pero lo principal es conseguir a quien haga un buen trabajo y después no me salga doble trabajo.
Lo siento. Algo parecido me pasó a mí también. Una fuga reveló graves problemas en las tuberías. Nuestro casero no quiso hacerse cargo de las reparaciones y llevamos un año sin lavabo ni bidé.
Imagínate, qué irresponsable. Yo tengo que solventar todo de raíz y lo primero es cambiar la llave de paso de agua para poder hacer los demás trabajos que le siguen.

De verdad lo siento mucho, sé como te sientes porque también nos ha pasado en casa, no exactamente eso pero si la cuestión de que solucionas un problema y surgen MIL. A mi papá por ejemplo le costó un mundo hacer las conexiones del fregadero porque sin importar cuanto teflón usara o el tipo de tubos, nada parecía dar resultado, por eso el ODIA la plomería, es demasiado impredecible. Pero espero sinceramente que puedas solucionar el problema con prontitud y eficiencia, que logres dar con el problema y resolverlo, y que jamás te vuelva a pasar.
Sí, amiga, eso es un estrés, sobre todo por el tema de la mano de obra calificada que es lo más difícil de conseguir.
