This is something that I've been wanting to revisit for a while now, and now that I have a bigger tablet to use, well this is one of the main reasons I got it for.
So the eye images were taken from Google images. They are stock image that I Did Not take, to be fully transparent, and has been used for artistic purposes only. But the silhouettes were shot Padley Gorge.
So I started by reducing the brightness of the tablet and experimented with settings on the camera (ISO 100, F2.8 and 1-2 second exposures) to get a suitable result. It was then a case of testing each individual image to check the settings were compatible (and adjusting accordingly).
Once I was happy the individual images were exposing correctly I could then trial a double exposure.
I have tweaked the curves and levels a little, but apart from that the following are straight out of camera..
Finally the back of camera shots to confirm these were not photoshop creations
