hey @lightandlense I did see your tutorial :) I was mostly just kidding around.. I imagine the lumecube is perfect like you say, just I already had the headlamp and tape and it works pretty good as well. I suppose I could have fixed mine just as easily, especially with how long the 'official' repair took and how much they charged. Thanks for that tutorial though, I have been thinking about getting that app :)
