Para esta oportunidad he presentado este post basado en diversos tipos de flexiones, están dividias desde las más básicas hasta las que mayor fuerza requieren ya que en aspectos beneficiosos permiten desarrollar bastante empuje para realizar otros tipos de movimientos tales como: la Full Planche o pres a Handstand que requieren tener fuerza base para realizarse, además mejora la postura y previene lesiones que perjudiquen el progreso en nuestros entrenamientos.
