Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community SWCEn esta oportunidad le traigo una series de reto donde demostraremos nuestras habilidades de mi compañero de entrenamiento @manuelcancine y yo haremos cinco retos.

Primer reto muscle up
First muscle up challenge

Este reto consiste en ver quien puede hacer mas muscle up en este reto comencé yo bueno yo hice 12 muscle up @manuelcancine hizo 8 muscle up.
This challenge is to see who can do more muscle up in this challenge I started this challenge well I did 12 muscle up @manuelcancine did 8 muscle-up


Segundo reto columpio 360
Second challenge swing 360

En este reto nos toco lanzar un truco dinámico llamado columpio 360 hay me toco a mi primero yo hice 9 columpio 360 @manuelcancine hizo 6 calumbio 360.
In this challenge we had to throw a dynamic trick called 360 swing I did 9 360 swings @manuelcancine did 6 swings


Tercer reto palanca frontal
Third challenge front lever

Este reto se trata de ver quien aguanta mas palanca frontal me toco a mi primero yo aguante 20 segundo de palanca frontal mi compañero aguanto 14 segundo de palanca frontal.
This challenge is to see who can hold the most frontal leverage I went first I held 20 seconds of frontal leverage my partner held 14 seconds of frontal leverage.


Cuarto reto full planche
Fourth challenge full planche

En este reto no me fue muy bien me toco a mi primero yo aguante 8 segundo de full planche @manuelcancine aguanto 11 segundo
In this challenge I did not do very well I went first I held 8 seconds of full planche @manuelcancine held 11 seconds


Quinto reto pino a una mano
Fifth challenge pino a una mano

Bueno este reto se trata de aguatar mas pino a una mano yo aguante 4 segundos de pino a una mano y mi compañero aguanto 8 segundos de pino a una mano.
Well this challenge is about holding more one-handed pino I held 4 seconds of one-handed pino and my partner held 8 seconds of one-handed pino.
