Saludos amigos hivers y de SWC, en este post les comparto una tarde de freestyle que tuve el día de ayer, estaba practicando algunos Combos, espero les guste.
Greetings hivers and SWC friends, in this post I share with you a freestyle afternoon I had yesterday, I was practicing some Combos, I hope you like it.
En ese esa tarde de freestyle estaba preparando unos combos para estar activo a cualquier competencia que se me presenté, hace tiempo que no prácticaba combos, porque últimamente estoy practicando dinámicos nuevos, y entrenando para desarrollar masa muscular y también para mejorar mis estáticos, quiero llegar a ser lo más completo posible en la calistenia.
In that freestyle afternoon I was preparing some combos to be active for any competition that came my way, I haven't practiced combos for a long time, because lately I'm practicing new dynamics, and training to develop muscle mass and also to improve my statics, I want to become as complete as possible in calisthenics.
