A mi parecer estos son los trucos mas fáciles para comenzar desde 0, aqui en esta lista esta incluido el pull over y el muscle up, el muscle up olímpico ect. que no se consideran trucos en si, pero son indispensables a la hora de combinar estos trucos, por eso los coloque en esta lista, un ejemplo que les puedo dar, es que si en un combo realizamos un 360° y luego queremos hacer un olé, necesitamos subir ya sea con un pull over, un muscle up o un muscle up olímpico.
In my opinion these are the easiest tricks to start from 0, here in this list is included the pull over and the muscle up, the olympic muscle up ect. that are not considered tricks in themselves, but are indispensable when combining these tricks, so I put them in this list, an example that I can give, is that if in a combo we perform a 360° and then we want to do an ole, we need to go up either with a pull over, a muscle up or an olympic muscle up.
