Hola amigos de la comunidad de Street Workout Community. El día de hoy deseo compartir con ustedes un súper set enfocado en el tren superior para ganar fuerza y resistencia.
Hello friends of the community Street Workout Community. Today I want to share with you a super set focused on the upper body to gain strength and endurance.
Este súper set consta de 5 ejercicios para emplear en la rutina, de tal manera que será una rutina breve pero efectiva, la idea de hacer un súper set, es el realizar un ejercicio seguido de otro, lo ideal sería hacer al menos 3 series de la rutina.
This super set consists of 5 exercises to use in the routine, so it will be a short but effective routine, the idea of making a super set, is to perform an exercise followed by another, ideally do at least 3 sets of the routine.
Los músculos mayormente involucrados en esta rutina son, la espalda, el pecho, los grupos musculares del hombro, el bíceps, el triceps y la zona abdominal.
The muscles mostly involved in this routine are the back, chest, shoulder muscle groups, biceps, triceps and abdominal area.
