Maximo aguante en front o en tuck con apertura en el agarre. 4a5 series, 15seg de descanso por serie.
Maximum resistance in front or in tuck with opening in the grip. 4a5 series, 15sec rest per series.

El front lever es uno de los estáticos que trabajan la espalda al máximo. Los músculos principales involucrados en el front lever son: – Músculos de la espalda: serrato anterior, dorsal ancho y cuadrado lumbar, romboides, redondo menor. – Músculos de hombro y pecho: deltoides posterior, pectoral mayor y pectoral menor.
The front lever is one of the static ones that works the back to the maximum. The main muscles involved in the front lever are: – Back muscles: serratus anterior, latissimus dorsi and quadratus lumborum, rhomboids, teres minor. – Shoulder and chest muscles: rear deltoid, pectoralis major and pectoralis minor.
