Maximo aguante en front o en tuck con apertura en el agarre. 4a5 series, 15seg de descanso por serie.
Maximum resistance in front or in tuck with opening in the grip. 4a5 series, 15sec rest per series.
Tuck pull up. De 8a5Reps, 4series, 15seg de descanso por serie

Tuck pull up. From 8 to 5 Reps, 4 series, 15 sec rest per series.
Pull ups abiertas semi cerradas y cerradas. 10Rps de cada una, 4a5 series 15a20Seg de descanso.
Pull ups open semi closed and closed. 10 Rps of each, 4 to 5 series, 15 to 20 seconds of rest.
Australiams abiertas y cerradas. 10a15Rps, 4 series, 10Seg de descanso por seie
Australiams open and closed. 10 to 15 Rps, 4 sets, 10 sec rest per set.
El front lever es uno de los estáticos que trabajan la espalda al máximo.
Los músculos principales involucrados en el front lever son: – Músculos de la espalda: serrato anterior, dorsal ancho y cuadrado lumbar, romboides, redondo menor. – Músculos de hombro y pecho: deltoides posterior, pectoral mayor y pectoral menor.
The front lever is one of the static ones that works the back to the maximum.
The main muscles involved in the front lever are: – Back muscles: serratus anterior, latissimus dorsi and quadratus lumborum, rhomboids, teres minor. – Shoulder and chest muscles: rear deltoid, pectoralis major and pectoralis minor.
