Marking statics before training
Saludos a los amigos de Hive y a la comunidad de Street Workout Community. Mi nombre es Isaac Camacho @isaac-mir y el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes los estáticos que hago antes de empezara mis entrenamientos. El día de ayer me dirigí al parque Las Ballenitas, dónde entreno comúnmente, pero por razones personales había dejado de ir por más de una semana. Fuí y compartí con los chicos que también entrenan allí y empece marcar estáticos y ha variar un poco con transiciones, espero les agrade!.

Yesterday I went to Las Ballenitas park, where I usually train, but for personal reasons I had stopped going for more than a week. I went and shared with the guys who also train there and I started marking statics and varying a little with transitions, I hope you like it!.
