Espero se encuentren bien el día de hoy amigos de SWC y Hive, nuevamente compartiendoles un vídeo de mi entrenamiento de hacer varios días, dónde me enfoque más que todo en las combinaciones.

Empecé con mi calentamiento como siempre para evitar cualquier tipo de molestia a la hora de entrenar, me subí a la barra y empecé a realizar combos, más que todo practique el tranque a full planche, es decir, tomaba un buen impulso en agarre supinado y trataba de trancar el estático, movimiento algo complejo ya que se necesita mucha técnica y fuerza para poder hacerlo, luego de eso hacia geingers, dobles 360 más geinger nuevamente e intentaba más full planche, fue un buen entrenamiento, ya que solo hice estás transiciones para acostumbrarme a este tipo de combinaciones, he estado muy enfocado en superarme a mi mismo, en seguir subiendo de nivel, y tratar de no cometer errores en competencias, seguir entrenando y seguir aprendiendo es lo que te da este deporte, espero les motive el vídeo y les haya gustado.
I started with my warm up as usual to avoid any discomfort when training, I got on the bar and started to perform combos, mostly practiced the full planche tranque, that is, I took a good impulse in supinated grip and tried to tranque the static, somewhat complex movement because it takes a lot of technique and strength to do it, after that to geingers, double 360 more geinger again and tried more full planche, it was a good training, since I only made these transitions to get used to this type of combinations, I have been very focused on improving myself, to keep improving my level, and try not to make mistakes in competitions, keep training and keep learning is what this sport gives you, I hope the video motivates you and you have liked.

Estuvo súper chevere el combo en general 💪🏻🔥 me gustó mucho el vídeo y también me agrada ver que estás practicando más la Full Planche en la barra fija.
Ya verás que cada día que pase se irá adaptando ella a ti en vez de tu a ella, solo continúa con la mente en alto y no te rindas, estás progresando muy bien bff, sigue así!
