Front Lever a una mano	One Hand Front Lever

El Front Lever a una mano es un ejercicio estático avanzado en el street workout en el que se trabaja mucho el hombro, tríceps braquial, lumbar y el Dorsal. Porque trabaja toda la espalda, y es un ejercicio que lleva muchas progresiones porque es un movimiento lesivo.
