¡Hola! Comunidad de #SWC el día de hoy les quiero compartir lo que hicimos el día lunes ya que mi amigo @markworkout cumplió años y como es de costumbre por cada año que cumplas haces un muscle-up y esta vez le toco hacer 29 muscle-up,
Le queríamos hacer un buen recibimiento a nuestro amigo, ya que estaba de cumpleaños 🎂 y pues le quisimos hacer un buen compartir entre todos nosotros del club deportivo "@fortisw🦉". Entre mi amigo Brando y muchos chicos más le hicimos una torta y compré unos pastelitos para compartir entre todos, fue una noche muy especial y pudimos compartir entre todo el club.

We wanted to make a good reception to our friend, since he was birthday 🎂 and we wanted to make a good sharing between all of us from the sports club "@fortisw🦉". Between my friend Brando and many more guys we made him a cake and I bought some cupcakes to share between all of us, it was a very special night and we could share between all the club.
