Feliz inicio de semana, amigos de #Hive y #SWC espero que todos estén bien, hoy les quiero compartir como es mi vibra en el día a día.
Yo entreno en las barras más lindas de la Vereda del Lago, "las barras del Sol" ese título aún no lo hemos registrado, pero pienso que le queda bien, puesto que es una metáfora de nuestra calurosa ciudad 🌞
Cada mañana, al despertar, tengo la confianza de que haré mi mejor esfuerzo en el entrenamiento, acompañado con mis amigos, por ello reconozco este lugar como mi favorito de todo el parque.
Al llegar al parque, el aire fresco del lago me transmite una sensación de calma y tranquilidad. Mis amigos y yo nos reunimos bajo un viejo árbol de cují, compartiendo chistes antes de comenzar nuestras rutinas de entrenamiento.
La energía que se respira en el parque es contagiosa. Las personas se quedan mirando cómo hacemos ejercicios y trucos de freestyle
"Qué molleja mira como vuelan" ¡exclaman las personas!
¡Llegan niños, jóvenes y viejitos a ejercitarse un poco y se van!
También nos apoyamos mutuamente, nos alentamos en cada ejercicio y celebramos juntos los logros alcanzados, cuando alguien aprende hacer muscle up es como una fiesta para nosotros. 🥳🥳
Además de los beneficios físicos, el entrenamiento también tiene un impacto positivo en mi bienestar mental. El contacto con la naturaleza y la actividad física, me hace sentir revitalizado y lleno de vida y cansado jaja pero vale la pena.
Los problemas diarios desaparecen cuando me siento a meditar, permitiéndome desconectar y centrarme en mi propio crecimiento personal.
Las barras cambiaron mi vida, es el lugar donde puedo desafiarme a mí mismo, crecer física y mentalmente, rodeado de amigos que comparten mi pasión por el bienestar. No hay otro lugar en el que me sienta tan a gusto como aquí, donde cada día es una nueva oportunidad para superarme y disfrutar de la vida al máximo.
Terminamos de entrenar y ¡calabaza, calabaza todo el mundo para su casa! 🏠🏡

Every morning when I wake up, I am confident that I will do my best in training, accompanied with my friends, that's why I recognize this place as my favorite spot in the whole park.
Arriving at the park, the fresh air from the lake gives me a sense of calm and tranquility. My friends and I gather under an old cuji tree, sharing jokes before starting our workout routines.
The energy in the park is contagious. People stare at us as we do freestyle tricks and exercises.
"What a gizzard look how they fly" people exclaim!
Children, young and old come to exercise a little and leave!
We also support each other, encourage each other in every workout and celebrate together the logos achieved, when someone learns to do muscle up it's like a party for us. 🥳🥳
Besides the physical benefits, the environment also has a positive impact on my mental well-being. The contact with nature and the physical activity, makes me feel revitalized and full of life and tired haha but it's worth it.
Daily problems disappear when I sit down to meditate, allowing me to disconnect and focus on my own personal growth.
The bars changed my life, it's the place where I can challenge myself, grow physically and mentally, surrounded by friends who share my wellness journey. There is no other place where I feel as comfortable as I do here, where every day is a new opportunity to better myself and enjoy life to the fullest.
