Comparto con los Hivers y los atletas de la comunidad, lo que fue el Freestyle Day - 1° Edición; realizado en la ciudad de Maracay, específicamente en el Parque Las Ballenitas. Después de la experiencia de lo que fue la Construcción del Circuito de Barras en el Parque Las Ballenitas, decidimos realizar este evento para compartir con nuestros atletas y el público que asistió, una tarde llena de adrenalina. En esta oportunidad la locación fue el Circuito de Barras recientemente construido. Fue una experiencia enriquecedora porque la Construcción del Circuito de Barras involucró varias reuniones con los vecinos y autoridades municipales. El permiso fue otorgado por Ingeniería Municipal de la Alcaldía de Girardot previa evaluación del proyecto formulado por SWC. En la construcción participó personal técnico especializado y atletas, que en 3 días, ya habían culminado la obra; con la supervisión diaria del CEO de SWC. Que mejor locación que esta, fruto del esfuerzo y trabajo en equipo. Gracias a las gestiones de @manuelramos y con el apoyo financiero de Hive Blockchain tenemos un extraordinario Circuito de Barras en el Parque Las Ballenitas. También fue rehabilitado el alumbrado del parque. Mientras se realizaba la construcción fui a visitar los espacios y a conversar con los atletas en acción. La mejor forma de celebrar este logro fue la realización del Freestyle Day - 1° Edición. El pasado domingo 26 de marzo de 2023, se llevó a cabo esta puesta en escena con atletas en acción y mucha adrenalina. Desde la 3:30pm hasta las 7:00pm se llevó a cabo este evento. Los atletas llegaron puntualmente al espacio y mientras se realizaban los ajustes logísticos específicos de una locación al aire libre, los atletas realizaban su calentamiento e incluso practicaron sus dominadas, flexiones y combinaciones. Hubo un aspecto peculiar en este evento que quiero destacar. Se realizó el calentamiento de todos los atletas presentes conjuntamente con uno de los Fisioterapeutas. Este fue un día de mucha acción, adrenalina y aprendizaje. Cada día crecemos y nos consolidamos. Agradecida al Universo.
I share with the Hivers and the athletes of the community, what was the Freestyle Day - 1st Edition; held in Maracay city, specifically in Las Ballenitas Park. While the construction was taking place, I went to visit the spaces and talk with the athletes in action. The best way to celebrate this achievement was the Freestyle Day - 1st Edition. Last Sunday, March 26, 2023, this staging took place with athletes in action and a lot of adrenaline. From 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm this event took place. Athletes arrived at the space on time and while logistical adjustments specific to an outdoor location were being made, athletes warmed up and even practiced their pull-ups, push-ups and combinations. There was a peculiar aspect in this event that I want to highlight. All the athletes present were warmed up together with one of the Physiotherapists. This was a day full of action, adrenaline and learning. Every day we grow and consolidate. Grateful to the Universe.

Freestyle Day - 1° Edición
Estrenando Circuito de Barras y alumbrado en el parque se inició la jornada del día. La apertura estuvo a cargo de @manuelramos y sus palabras en primer orden fueron de agradecimiento a Hive Blockchain y a todos los atletas de SWC que fueron parte de esta tarea que está transformando la realidad de este parque. Designado el Jurado inició la primera ronda clasificatoria, en la cual los atletas participaron con gran euforia. Fueron escritos los nombres de los atletas y en ese orden desarrollarían su puesta en escena. En la segunda ronda clasificaron varios atletas y se fueron definiendo los nombres que llegarían a la ronda final. Después de cada puesta en escena se despejaba el camino; es decir, cada atleta iba definiendo su participación. Finalmente se definió el Podium del Freestyle Day en su 1° Edición. Cada atleta demostró dominio de sus movimientos. Fue una excelente puesta en escena de cada uno de los atletas que participaron.

After each staging the path was cleared; that is, each athlete was defining their participation. Finally, the Freestyle Day Podium was defined in its 1st Edition. Each athlete broke control of their movements. It was an excellent staging of each of the athletes who participated.

Disfruté desde muy cerca del evento y pude confirmar que en cada una de las rondas, cada atleta presentaba su mejor puesta en escena. Los atletas que ocuparon el Podium fueron los que acumularon la mayor puntuación en la ronda final. El Podium en esta oportunidad quedó conformado por 3 atletas.

Atención al Atleta
En esta oportunidad contamos con los servicios de dos Fisioterapeutas que atendieron a los atletas en tiempo real. Al inicio del evento, todos los atletas realizaron el proceso de estiramiento y calentamiento con uno de los Fisioterapeutas. A lo largo de la jornada fueron atendidos los atletas de acuerdo a sus requerimientos, algunos fueron atendidos antes y otros luego de su participación en el evento. Los atletas que fueron atendidos después de su puesta en escena tenían alguna molestia o contractura muscular debido a la actividad desarrollada. El Fisioterapeuta llevó a cabo la terapia tomando en cuenta la zona afectada. La atención de los atletas en su mayoría fue para relajar musculatura del tren superior por alguna contractura o lesión post evento.
On this occasion we have the services of two Physiotherapists who assisted the athletes in real time. At the beginning of the event, all the athletes went through the stretching and warm-up process with one of the Physiotherapists. Throughout the day, the athletes were attended according to their requirements, some were attended before and others after their participation in the event. The athletes who were treated after their staging had some discomfort or muscle contracture due to the activity carried out. The Physiotherapist carried out the therapy taking into account the affected area. The attention of the athletes was mostly to relax the muscles of the upper body due to some contracture or post-event injury.

Premiación y Certificación
Al finalizar el Freestyle Day - 1° Edición se procedió a la Premiación de los atletas y a la entrega de los Certificados. Las palabras que @manuelramos pronunció fueron de agradecimiento a Hive Blockchain por todo el apoyo prestado a SWC. También expresó palabras de reconocimiento a todos los atletas que participaron. Seguimos creciendo como comunidad bimodal en Hive Blockchain. En esta oportunidad se le otorgó Premios y Certificados a los atletas que lograron estar en el Podium. Al finalizar
Al finalizar el Freestyle Day - 1° Edición se registraron algunas fotografías del grupo. La mayoría de los atletas se fueron a sus hogares; sólo se quedaron los atletas que realizan el desmontaje de los toldos y todos los equipos. Luego se recogerieron los activos para llevarlos al vehículo que los trasladó hasta nuestro espacio. Por fortuna, todos llegamos perfectamente a casa.
