El día de hoy les traigo mi rutina de hefesto para recuperar ya que en la copa zette tuve una lesión en el bíceps, y dure un tiempo sin entrenarlo para recuperarme por motivo a esa lesión me tocó dejar de hacer estáticos y powermove antes de mostrarles mi rutina deben saber que el hefesto es un truco muy lesivo sino se entrena de la forma adecuada pueden lesionarse, también se deben calentar los bíceps para no obtener alguna lesión si quieres dominar tu hefesto es una buena rutina para fortalecerlo y mejorar tu técnica sin más nada que decir espero les guste mi rutina .
Today I bring you my hephaestus routine to recover since in the zette cup I had an injury to my biceps, and I didn't train it for a while to recover because of that injury I had to stop doing static and powermove before showing you my routine you should know that the hephaestus is a very harmful trick if you do not train it properly you can get injured, you should also warm up your biceps to avoid injury if you want to master your hephaestus it is a good routine to strengthen it and improve your technique without anything else.
