Reality exists, but we are incapable of perceiving it's full extent. We can express our conceptions of our perceptions, and if we speak well we can generally do that well, but no matter how well we speak, we cannot do that flawlessly.
Factual reality truly exists, but we are incapable of perceiving it in totality. Worse, we are incapable of speaking inerrantly, no matter how well and carefully we undertake to do so. All communication via human language is therefore an indication of truth, at best.
