One of the reasons it's called a RIGHT is because it is in direct opposition to that which is WRONG. If a “law” is unjust, a man is not only RIGHT to disobey it, he is OBLIGATED to do so. If he does NOT disobey, but rather, upholds and enFORCEs unjust, immoral “laws,” you're looking at the worst of the worst humanity has to offer. It doesn't matter what their rationale is. Thoughts?
