Best bit though, I just took a photo of my council tax bill and it explained everything in plain language! If I’d called the council, they probably would’ve just rushed me through it.
I think some of us are educated enough amd wise enough to use it as a tool whilst still keeping it at arms length. Many aren't of course. Therein is the danger.
