We wake up in the morning, go to work and come back at the end of the day. There's a lot of stressed people these days and stressed people sometimes means angry people.
You'd be surprised how many of the people whom you both screamed at each other in traffic are actually very nice people.
But everyone has to survive one way or another, so we've all got to work.
I was walking by this mini park for school kids where they could just go to have fun and surprisingly it was the teachers and adults that were having the most fun.
Many people were so engrossed in watching them that they didn't even realize they'd been standing for a while. The atmosphere was quite infectious.
This had got me thinking that probably we all just need a little bit of playfulness when it comes to having fun.
I'm sure most of those people didn't even imagine themselves playing like kids until they remembered what it felt like to actually be a kid.
I really admire people with great work ethics, but brooo it could equally be fun for a bit if you want it to.
Sometimes it doesn't even need so much planning or overthinking, just try to have some fun when you feel the impulse to.
I remember my time in camp during my national service year after graduating, we usually had a parade and subsequently there would be need for a parade commander.
I'm someone who doesn't like too much attention and I've not got a loud voice so it wasn't a role I was fit for, but I just wanted to have .
All the same when they asked for volunteers to step out, I stepped out even though there was a hundred reasons going on in my head why it wouldn't work out.
It got to my turn to try and of course it didn't work out, but it was quite funny( because my voice just wasn't loud enough) and everyone had a good laugh. It was my first time facing more than a thousand people and making them laugh, I still cherish that moment.
I didn't blame myself for not getting parade commander, in fact I was glad I didn't. But I would have blamed myself if I didn't step out that day.
The same way you might look back one day and blame yourself for not having a bit of fun when you still had the chance.

Having a little time to have fun is truly a magical experience
In my opinion, as grown ups we have realized how hard life is, how unfair it gets, and how the earthly laws and morals revolve; and seeing children play and having so much fun gives us the feeling of deprivation of true happiness, worriless afternoons, commute problems, etc. Realizing how lucky we are to have been children and how we wish we could be children a little longer than expected.
