RE: Life Hacks for Productivity and Happiness: My Personal Journey

in ThoughtfulDailyPost8 months ago

I have to admit, I find it hard setting boundaries for screentime because to a large extent being on my device could be likened to an addiction. Of course I know I shouldn't spend so much time on my device, but a lot of the time I'm actually doing something productive which somehow makes me justify the amount of time I spend using them.

I understand very well. We live in a technology era, and it's not easy to set boundaries for screen time. When it is productive, I think it is understandable to some extent. I usually prepare food, go out, or clean the house, and I avoid using my devices too much. As for TV, I haven't used it for many years, which saves a lot of time and energy.
