Today has been one of those amazing days for me, days when i feel low but my reflectons and thoughtfulness helps me stay on track. As it went on i reflected on the place of the creator in our minds, lives and the world today.....

We live in conflicting and confusing times, yet the one steady source of influence, the one saving power that is the same yesterday, today and forever, Jesus Christ, many use as a fair-weather friend, or worse still, no friend at all.
For some when asked, "What think ye of Christ"? reply, "I don't think of Him at all". For the world at large, putting trust in the created and not the creator has become the norm.
The Savior said, "love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, might, mind and strength", but when trials strike, to whom do we turn?
A TV show host asked, "If God is so loving, why does He let bad things happen"?
Heres what we should ponder.
God doesn’t like bad things happening to us and neither does He make them. For years we've told God to get out of our schools, governments, homes and our lives and letting us exercise the agency He's given, Has calmly said, OK. How can we expect God to bless and protect us from adversity in life if we demand He leave us alone?
Everyday we hear of tragic events. There are wars and families are falling apart. Then someone famous thought it best we do not need to pray in schools anymore, so we said OK.
Another of influence said we don't need to read the bible in school as it's offensive. Despite God the creator commanding, "thou shalt not kill, steal, and love thy neighbour, we said OK. So we took bibles out of schools and put them in prisons instead.
Then a so-called expert said we shouldn't discipline children when they misbehave because it might damage their self-esteem, and because he was in the public eye and knew what he was talking about, we again said okay.

Many have become so focused on political correctness and what 'they think' is a better world, have forgotten how to teach correct principles and leave better children to the world.
If we think about it, we can see in the world and sometimes in our personal lives, we really do reap what we sow.
So the world ignores God then wonders why it's tearing itself apart, and we come full circle back to the home again where many allow satan to tear that apart too because we stopped doing the right things for long enough.
We believe influencers, but question God the scriptures, prophets and revelation and are more worried what people think of us than what God thinks of us.
To the faithful it seems trials come by the truckload at times, but nothing of worth comes easy and it's made worse when doubters share their doubts with other doubters and leave God out of it.
As mortals, tragedy and trial can be difficult to comprehend, but when we have faith in Christ, all things have meaning.
How many of us pray and ask for growth, then when trials come forget God is giving us just what we asked for to make us stronger?
I have prayed for wisdom then complained why I have so many problems to solve, but God was quietly teaching me wisdom.
I prayed for courage then shake my fists at the heavens because of the burden, not realising God was teaching me how to overcome danger.
I asked God to teach me love and patience, then wondered why my patience was being stretched, until I recognised God was giving me troubled people to help.
Our tragedy in life is not death, but what we may let die within us while living. It isn't just losing faith with God, but losing patience in Him and not wanting to try anymore.
Never give up hope and hold on, If God brought you to it He will bring you through it.

Don't let doubt or unanswered questions stand in the way of faith preceding your miracle
