The thing is you have set "enginewitty" as your voting proxy. Therefore, you no longer have any personal power over governance (witness votes, proposal votes, ...) unless you control that account.
And it turns out that your proxy does not support our proposal.
Either ask your proxy to support us or remove your proxy and regain full control over governance.
