It is called voiceless alveolar affricate (I had to google it, no worries!), and pronounced as C in Latin, like in Caesar. You know, the guy who insisted on naming a salad after him because you don't need a knife for it.
:))) the more I talk to you, the wiser I feel. (I obviously mean the Caesar thing)
