Words are said to be the primary way we communicate or convey our thoughts and ideas. Without words, our thoughts will remain thoughts, but when words are spoken our thoughts become known.

Have you noticed, whatever is accumulated in your thought system (mind) about a particular thing, the moment you open your mouth to say something about that thing whatsoever is stored up about it, that's exactly what will come out. So that simply means that thoughts are unspoken words and words are spoken thoughts.
For example a student who piles up successful thoughts towards his project defence, without a doubt the words that would flow out of his mouth would be words of great eminence.
Thoughts literally controls are words. That's why scripture says
"Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks"(Luke 6:45).
With that established did you know words have power? It has been proven scientifically that good or positive words can help someone perform better on exercise or daily activities. The words you speak either edify (build up) or mare you.
Truthfully, you attract what you say. Whatever you say, find expression in your life. Scripture admonishes us
"Don't use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them." (Ephesians 4:29)
Furthermore did you know Words are also said to be seeds.
The moment you speak a word, let's say for the first time, a seed has been planted. If you keep on confessing those words a process of farming for harvest begins.
Meaning that the more you confess those words continuously you are planting, watering, and in due time you would reap the harvest. Guess what? you would harvest exactly what you say. the harvest won't be different from what you've planted.
"He will have whatever he says." (Mark 11:23).
Finally, Words are creative. When words are sent out they have the tendency to create things. The first place we saw the creative power of words was in Genesis 1 when God was creating the world. Notice, when God needed something to be formed he just spoke words. When does words get out of his mouth, what he said is created. WoW! That's awesome.
You can do the same (smiles). Because you're made in the image and likeness of God.
As he is so are you. So when you speak, you create.
It is important you watch your words because like a rudder in a ship by your words, you steer your life to the direction of life or death.
Therefore, it is expedient you watch the kind of words you speak to yourself and people around you.
But it first starts with your thoughts system which is the mind. Whatever you comprehend in your mind that's exactly what you'll say. Nothing different, the same.
Be careful with what you feed your mind so that your words won't be affected.
