I believe that bad times help us grow. The Covid-19, it was terrible, the lockdown was to drive us crazy. Some could not stand it. I besides reading, I wrote and that helped me.

Indeed, the time of pandemic was bad time for all of us and we struggled a lot. But at the same time it gave us some lessons also.
