DREAMS: A REFLECTION OF OUR INNER WORLD

in ThoughtfulDailyPost14 hours ago (edited)

‎Okay I've been wondering, When we sleep, does our soul leave our body and enter another realm, like we experience in dreams? And when we can't express our feelings, do our dreams reveal desires and emotions?

‎I know the soul leaving the body during sleep is a spiritual concept, not scientifically proven. Sleep is a mental process for the brain and body to rest. Though dreams are considered a product of the subconscious mind, processing thoughts, emotions and memories, I wonder when I see myself in a strange place in a dream, is it my soul or just my subconscious mind? I've been fascinated by how dreams express our thoughts and emotions.

‎Dreams reveal our shadow, guidance and spiritual connection to our soul. There's so much to explore when our body sleep and our consciousness awakens in the astral realm. We're born as natural lucid dreamers, but sometimes recalling can be fleeting, like waves. Sometimes, when I dream something and wakes up, I struggle to recall what I dreamt, it's weird right? Some people say it's not right to dream and forget what you dreamt, but I think it's just the nature of sleep and dreams fading away. Maybe sleep disorders can interfere with dreams recall. It can be frustrating when you try to remember, and nothing comes to head. I feel that way too and I'm sure there's a way to improve that.

‎I've come to realize that dreams reveal someone's emotions, providing a space for subconscious mind to express feelings, fears and desires. Dreams can reflect our emotional state by processing daily experiences and consolidating memories. I've noticed that when I carry unexpressed thoughts or emotions, they often appear in my dreams. Is it just my subconscious mind processing emotions or something more?

‎Dreams can be a relief, allowing you to process emotions without thinking about them while you're awake . When you enter the dreaming state, your body is relaxed, and your emotions can run free, revealing your deepest desires and fears. I've been pondering on this and wondering, "Do you believe that dreams truly reflect people's emotion?"
