A rain is a morphine
Greetings
Hello there hivians, good day! It is my first time publishing my work in this amazing community and I am hoping that everyone is having the best days of their lives ,if not then be patient because something big is coming in your life all you just need to do is to wait for it, your best days is soon to happen. Anyway, I wrote another content for you guys to read, and it will be about the natural phenomenon that provides therapy and pleasure to our senses, numerous people think about rain as a bad weather but on my point of view it is a weather of healing.
Each individual has different taste and likes some are obsessed with sunsets, sunrise, night sky and many more , those phenomena are a therapy to some people, but in this blog we will talk about my obsession towards the rain, and how I became obsessed with it.
Back on my younger days I used to hate rains just like every child because it is one of the main reason that stops me from playing outside. Whenever it rains my mother forbids me from going outside due to the fever that I might catch and I often reply that I can’t have a fever when I’m wearing a raincoat or an umbrella on my head but still it did not convinced her, it did not change her mind instead she said that it’s dangerous outside, the soil is wet and slippery and a lightning might hit me. Those are one of my most hated days as a kid and did not understand a single thing, the only thing that I like about rain is that classes are always suspended depends on how strong the rain is haha.
When I’m on my 3rd grade our science teacher helps me to understand the purpose of the rain towards our planet, he said that a rain is a natural phenomena that happens to help the plants grow faster and create big puddles or little rivers for the animals to drink, I thought that rains are only beneficial to plants and animals.
When I became a teenager, the flow of life suddenly change, it became more complicated. Life’s reality suddenly struck me and I was unprepared, I became stress due to some responsibility and time management became a big factor of surviving in this game called life. There are this moments when we are super stress and heavily loaded, dealing with big problems such as academic pressure, financial problems, family problems, etc, when those problems hit you all at once most of us will surely feel hopeless as if theres no solution to that.
There is this one time where I feel drained and sad, empty minded and not knowing what actions to make and what decisions to decide to surpass such struggles, I started panicking and overthinking, little did I know that it was my anxiety attacking me then suddenly it rained, heavy raindrops hitting the surface of earth that creates elegant sound providing pleasure to my sense of hearing, it calmed me down and helps me not to worry about those things and remembered that problems are destined to be solved. That is the moment I knew that rain is not only design for plants and animals but are also beneficial to us humans mentally and physically.
A rain is a comfort zone.
Yes! You read it right, it might sound weird and confusing but a lot of people considered it as their morphine and a comfort zone and I’m one of them. Sometimes life is a little bit complicated it drains us mentally and physically, it feels like something is stopping us from doing the things that help us to survive in the competitive world.
On my of view, a rainy weather is a perfect moment for us to rest and relax in the world full of struggles. The sound of the raindrops hitting our roof are music to our ears and it’s undeniable, the cool temperature it produce is a perfect time for a nap. Majority of people finds rain annoying and some of them even cold it a bad weather but I’m different, my obsession towards the rain transcends through the limitation of my satisfaction. Rain is not just a weather it is a therapy.
In addition, rain is the best morphine a person could ever have, among all the medicine rain is the only one that doesn’t give bitterness to heal a broken heart, instead it gives pure relaxation and peace of mind, it also helps a person to escape all the negativities in life.
Regarding about the images that I have provided, all of them are mine
