We are digging with our nails.
In the aftermath of disaster.
In the stench of decaying corpse.
In the search of a survivor
For an 70 year old lady 178hrs later
For a 6 year old girl for a baby
For respect for love and for family
For us to rise up from the ashes
To wake up to a helping hand
To have bread and shelter
To have mercy and compassion
To have empathy and humanity
A shoulder to cry on,
in remembrance of those lost
