Compliments of the season.
Christmas is a season of celebration. It is celebration of the birth of Christ. In the christaindom, 25th of December is always marked out for the celebration of this birth of the king of kings.
It's a season where friends, families comes together to graced the occasion. It's often characterised with the show of love and goodwill towards people.
During this periods churches organises programmes just like a Carol night, a banquet just to make this period special and memorable.
Like the Christmas carol I attended yesterday, it was so fun. Everything about that programme kept me reflecting on the love Christ has for us human.
I mean it an event I wished it never ends.
A night to 25th morning, some churches too, also organise a Christmas eve, where people will just come together, all dressed with white and a touch of red. Just to have fun in the presence of God.
This programme is always open for spoken words about the birth of Christ, a drama displaying the birth of Christ.
And before this time, the church is already well decorated as one waiting for the groom to come.
It's always the best season ever.
Beyond this, it's a season where one can sit back to reason how humble Christ was, to accept to be born in a human form. It's marked the sacrifice Christ has made for us long before we were born.
On the day of the celebration which is 25th, neighbours, friends and family members exchange gifts and other items with each other.
However, if there's anything I should wish for this season, is a perfect family. Nothing much , not material things.
But I just love the way my family handle this period. By coming together, having a full house and eating together in a big round table.
I know it's a reoccurring situation.
Then I pray it never ends. Because I just can't get over that moment.
I mean, my wish this Christmas season is to have all my family members complete in the house as usual.
Having to hurry every body up that 25th morning to prepare to church and also our morning prayer looking like a church already.
It's something I wouldn't want it to end.
This is my greatest wish for this Christmas season.

Hopefully I believe everyone of your family would come together for Christmas. This is our family thing, even though we no longer observe it like the former days. But I like how simple your wish is, it wouldn't take Santa a big deal to fulfil it
