In one of Westlife’s songs a line goes thus “ talk about this pain and the tears…….if I could I would turn back the time.” If I have the advantage of turning the hand of the time either backward or to the future, I would turn the hands of time backward.
Yes oo, I wasted a lot of time in the past doing the wrong thing so if I am being given the opportunity to correct my mistakes from the past, I would grab it with both hands and do things as if my life depends on it
When I travel back in time, I would Chanel all the energy and time I used writing nonsense love letters to my boy friend on my academics, I would study as if my life depends on it, pass my examinations in flying colours and who knows, my exceptional performance may make me to become noticed and bag a few scholarship which would enable me have the opportunity to study in one of the best or top institutions in my country or in the western world.
This would later allow me to meet up and share space with the children of the rich, influential and famous people or probably politicians. This may give me the opportunity to marry into a wealthy family, if not, it would avail me the opportunity to land a good job, bagging all the money and giving myself that baby girl lifestyle in the future.
Unfortunately, we are made to believe in the DC movie the “Flash “ the 2023 edition that anyone who travels back in time would age on time and I for one, I am not ready to age on time so I don't think I would want to consider traveling either to the future or back in time because my past is behind me and the future is a mystery that unfolds itself every new day

You've highlighted very important events you would go back to correct, and I think that shows how much introspection you do on yourself very often. While you may not be able to go back in time, I hope you can do all you can to take charge of your life in the present and create the future you deserve. It's possible and you can do it. Hahaha, love is a beautiful thing. I feel. For you, I think I am lucky that I didn't waste my time doing all the love letter thing, LOL.
Lesson learned, it's sad that we can't undo the past but we can make a better today that can warrant a better tomorrow..
And yeah, the past is gone, the future is a mystery, it would be wise to look up to it rather than in regrets of the past
