More than just a friend, but a sister from another mother. Hello beautiful people of this community, thank you for stopping by my blog. Question of the week says. Share a story of Friendship you build in school. Friendship is not something that you just build in a day; it's sometimes you have to take time and study the person's character first to see if it's something you want or can fit into.
But my friendship with HADIZA was a different one; we liked each other the first time and the first day we met. Actually, we met at an administrative center eight years ago. when I got admission into the university. I went for my first documentation; she came all the way from Benue State too for her documentation, and luckily our part crossed, and not just that we got admitted into the same department and our course of study was also the same, wow what a beautiful coincidence it was, we bound immediately, and that made our friendship easier and even more stronger. Because we see ourselves almost everyday and Everytime.
We do attend lectures together, our houses are not too far from each other, sometimes I sleep at her place and sometimes she comes to mine, We had our ups and downs, but we didn't let it tear us apart, after all no one is perfect. And again we kinda look alike, because our skin complexion is the same, so people call us sister. Even though she's a bit older than me, that didn't also affect our relationship in anyway.
But understanding kept us moving. We also made sacrifices for each other too. I remember during every exam period, she could come to my house to stay with me because of my health conditions. Despite our differences in religion and ethnicity, we still stay together, not minding all of that. And I'm grateful I met her. HADIZA was indeed one of a kind. And till date we still in commication .Thank you for reading through.
Some friendships are heaven sent. And yours sounds beautiful🥰
You two have done a great job in investing to keep it alive. She indeed is a true friend.
She is my darling, thank you for stopping by.
Yours too was in the university, that freely sleeping at each other place is what works the magic for me and it's what keeps the friendship strong, as you have stated understanding is what fuels friendship. Thanks for sharing
Thank you for stopping by.
Nothing is sweet like living close to your friend who is thesame department. If the person is the serious type, you must follow that path, and if he/she is the opposite, you either transform the person or follow as well...
I totally agree with you, my friend HADIZA really helped me back then, he is a beautiful soul. Thank you for stopping by
Admission documentation tends to bring people together, since most students come together to get their clearance done regardless of the department. It is one of the most difficult moment in a students life.
You're right, that was were I met my friend too. Thank you for stopping by
