Side hustles helped me a lot

Everyone knows life in school is financially demanding. During my time in school, there was something to pay for almost all the time. There's also the part about feeding and some basic supplies.

Yes, parents, guardians and family are there to help financially when you're in school, but there's only so much they can do. For most, what family sends is not usually enough to cater for all the financial demands. Although, what family does is well appreciated.

It becomes important to find an extra source of income as a student. An extra source of income would do a lot. It would reduce the pressure on sponsors and it will help you get the necessary things you need without having to depend on anyone. That extra money just helps to make life in school easier for most.

For me, the side hustle I did was trading crypto and blogging on hive. These two things really helped me out while I was in school.

I was lucky to get into crypto at that time. I leant how to trade and I starred trading. I earned some money that helped me pay for a some expenses that arose in school.

I also found out about hive and it was one of the best things that happened to me in school. I loved the fact that I would write, express myself, have fun and still earn from it. Hive was a huge part of my survival in school.

I combined hive and trading to make something extra for myself. I must say though, it wasn't easy. I had to learn to really manage my time well. I had to juggle these side hustles with my demanding academics and it was a lot. Sometimes I found myself struggling to catch up. In the end, I did the best I could because I knew what my goals were.

It felt good having to make something for myself without having to depend on others. I'm glad I found those side hustles. I don't know what would have been if I hadn't found them and I don't want to imagine it.
