There's something about the word "impact". A question was asked in chruch during a proffeaional summit tagged"Imapct Academy", How do you intend the impact the world around you ? The question has been on my mind for so long and finally i have an answer for it.Growing up comes with different challenges,experiences and lots more which and the end of it all we learn fasten our belt and continue the race of life .
Hello everyone, A blessed morning , afternoon,or evening to you readers .This is my first time here in the hive.I hope i will make a good impression on all of you,and i hope we grow and impact ourselves on this platform.so, before i start my introblog, let me introduce myself.
ABOUT MYSELF
First of all, lets begin with my name Precious Samuel Akpan(@preshakpan432). I am 19 years old and a 200 level student in the University of Uyo.I live in ikot ekpene,Akwa Ibom state. I am a Gemini. I am living alone here in school,but do go back home for few weekends to stay with my parents and thankfully I have a complete family.I am the eldest of the family, i have a juniour brother who is still in secondary school .I wont really say we separated life since i went ti the university because we still see although not often. I kinda miss him a lot .
My mother is not really a housewife per say and my father is a retired vice-principal academics of a a federal college, my mother worked as an headmistress.she is a patient,passionate,and committed teacher,and i admire her so much for that. Her ability to creaye the future and aspirations of each individual really impressed me. Am always grateful to God that he gave me parents like them.They are irreplaceable.Intrestingly I am a 2nd year student taking up the bachelor of health Education in university of uyo.it was never easy when i decides to be part of this school:sometimes it's exciting,but sometimes it's draining. But despite all of that, I trust everything to the lord, who made everything bearable until now.I am also an academic achiever. I participate much in school but have trouble speaking in front of the class.
MY HOBBIES AND LIKES
Dancing: I like expressing my thoughts and feelings through art.it calms my soul and helps me freshen up my mind and perspective of things that are blocking my views of life.it boost my social life as well as self -esteem and inspires me to be better in flexibility and exhibition.
Listening To Music:There's a kind of theraphy music does tobthe body,mind and soul. Music heals. I love listening to music especially when am in a down mood its like a soothing and encouraging words in my ears. It calms my tensed soul .
I listen to blues and gospel songs .they soothe the soul and heart
Watching Movies in My Freetime:
In my freetime, I enjoy seeing movies to relax from stress and worries as well learn .
Movies sometimes are scripted reality.
CHALLENGES AND GROWTH
life itself is an institution that comes with its challenges and problems.
Life to me has to do with two things:
Growth and challenges
The challenges and turbulences of life has made me strong resilient and determined.sometimes i cry, sometimes i smile .
PROFESSIONAL ASPIRATION
Looking towards the future, i aspire to become an health instrctor/educator.well at first aspired of become a medical doctor but i will say life happened, and I guess with how well am enjoying my course now, i was meant to be an health educationist. I am willing to do my best to achieve this career andhave a better life .Everyday I am fighting for my dreams, despite everything. I might cry sometimes, but i know that God is there and knows what my heart is telling him.I wish and pray for everyone's peace of mind and happiness.
