CHANGING OF FORMATION

I has play with 4-4-3 formation for long time .The team also train to familiar with this formation , but in this season i have decide to change my formation to 3-5-2 which i focusing on controlling the ball at midfielder line. Since i just start this formation , i didnt expect my team to played well because they still new in this formation.

LATEST GAME

This is the result from the latest game after i using this formation. The team end up 2 l win and 2 lose from 4 latest match.

One of reason our team lost 2 game lately is 2 of our player , Lukas Wolft and Jason Dietrich has been injured and will miss some match ahead.

We will try our team to practices according this formation. I hope they stat will increase much faster so they win the next match.
