I suspect all the accounts making comments with copy/pasted angry rants are from a single malcontent who is blaming everyone except himself for the bad reputation he has earned by harassing others. Thoughtful engagement is a much better goal than his behavior. You can always block and blacklist accounts which you dislike, and there should be a setting to minimize all negative reputation comments so you don't need to scroll through all of it.
