Welcome, dear Hivers!
At Project Encouragement and as Witnesses in Hive, we work every day to support content creators in Hive and especially those who make life in the Friend Communities we support.
From @aliento.love we want to show a little of why we directly support these publications, so that many of our hivers who make life in our community can find a direction and an idea where to direct their publications, how to improve them through analyzing the content of other people, etc.
Today we bring you the eighteenth report curation report of the project with the same approach we started last week in which we will show the reason why we chose the posts to show today and a particular topic that can be reflective, funny, educational, etc, so, let's go with today's report!

En el Proyecto Aliento y como Testigos en Hive, trabajamos día a día en apoyar a los creadores de contenido de la cadena, y en especial, a aquellos que hacen vida en las Comunidades Amigas que apoyamos.
Desde @aliento.love queremos mostrar un poco del porqué apoyamos directamente estas publicaciones, para que muchos de nuestros hivers que hacen vida en nuestra comunidad puedan encontrar un rumbo y una idea hacia dónde dirigir sus publicaciones, cómo mejorarlas a través de analizar el contenido de otras personas, etc.
Hoy les traemos el décimo octavo reporte de curación del proyecto con el mismo enfoque que comenzamos la semana pasada en el cuál mostraremos el motivo por el cuál elegimos los posts a mostrar el día de hoy y un tópico particular que puede ser reflexivo, divertido, educativo, etc, así que, ¡vamos con el reporte de hoy!

Topic of the day: CREATING CONTENT AS A LIFESTYLE
When we come to Hive, our lives are forever changed, even if we don't know it or understand it from the start, but many people, beyond the fact that they manage to get more teams and help themselves in their day-to-day life with the rewards of blockchain, also learn to become better content creators, start to find new passions and new ways to reach the audience.
Some creators learn to edit videos, others learn to write better, some study another language like English, others learn to cook to make recipe posts and so on, as we go along, we get to know each other even more and we get better at this world, and it goes from being a hobbie or a job to being a lifestyle.
To stay active, remember to always look for fresh ideas, never try to create something that does not represent you just to seek rewards, that will be totally counterproductive, because your audience will realize that they are not consuming the content of the creator they know; beyond that, it is not necessary to be active every day, or post every day, but it is good to maintain consistency, because you generate an important habit that helps a lot in this world.
In addition, it is also important to interact with other people, we must remember that this is a social platform, so connecting with other creators helps us a lot to achieve our own goals; then, we reach a niche or a community, we make connections with other people and from then on it will be a free way to move our content there.
You also have to remember to rest, because creative block exists and the only way to deal with it is to free your mind, well, an overloaded mind doesn't work, it doesn't help you generate content, it doesn't help you generate ideas; today we have very epic support tools like AI to help us get a little more creativity with respect to videos, scripts and so on, that speeds up the process a little bit, but remember we are humans, we are not machines.
By following all these tips, you will surely have a great track record here at Hive, after understanding this lifestyle, already then you can focus on helping other people to do the same, because blockchain exists for all of us and it has a place for all of us, so it's always a win-win.

Cuando llegamos a Hive, nuestra vida cambia para siempre, aunque no lo sepamos o no lo entendamos desde el principio, pero muchas personas, más allá del hecho de que logran conseguir más equipos y ayudarse en su día a día con las recompensas de la blockchain, también aprenden a ser mejores creadores de contenido, comienzan a encontrar nuevas pasiones y nuevas maneras de llegar a la audiencia.
Algunos creadores aprenden a editar vídeos, otros aprenden a redactar mejor, algunos estudian otro idioma como el inglés, otros aprenden a cocinar para hacer posts de recetas y así sucesivamente, a medida que vamos avanzando, nos vamos conociendo aún más y vamos mejorando en este mundo, y pasa de ser un hobbie o un trabajo a ser un estilo de vida.
Para mantenerte en actividad, recuerda siempre buscar ideas frescas, nunca intentes crear algo que no te represente solo por buscar recompensas, eso será totalmente contraproducente, porque tu audiencia se dará cuenta de que no están consumiendo el contenido del creador o creadora que conocen; más allá de eso, no hace falta estar activo todos los días, o postear todos los días, pero si es bueno mantener una consistencia, porque generas un hábito importante que ayuda muchísimo en este mundo.
Además, también es importante el hecho de interactuar con otras personas, hay que recordar que esta es una plataforma social, por lo que el conectar con otros creadores nos ayuda muchísimo a alcanzar nuestros propios objetivos; entonces, llegamos a un nicho o una comunidad, hacemos conexiones con otras personas y de ahí en adelante será una vía libre para mover nuestro contenido ahí.
También hay que recordar el hecho de descansar, porque el bloqueo creativo existe y la única manera de lidiar con ello es liberar la mente, pues, una mente sobrecargada no funciona, no te ayuda a generar contenido, no te ayuda a generar ideas; hoy en día tenemos herramientas de soporte muy épicas como la IA para ayudarnos a obtener un poco más de creatividad con respecto a vídeos, guiones y demás, eso acelera un poco el proceso, pero recuerden que somos humanos, no somos máquinas.
Siguiendo todos estos consejos, seguramente tendrás una gran trayectoria aquí en Hive, luego de entender este estilo de vida, ya luego puedes enfocarte en ayudar a otras personas a hacer lo mismo, porque la blockchain existe para todos nosotros y tiene cabida para todos nosotros, por lo que siempre es un ganar-ganar.
