Welcome, dear Hivers!
At Project Encouragement and as Witnesses in Hive, we work every day to support content creators in Hive and especially those who make life in the Friend Communities we support.
From @aliento.love we want to show a little of why we directly support these publications, so that many of our hivers who make life in our community can find a direction and an idea where to direct their publications, how to improve them through analyzing the content of other people, etc.
Today we bring you the eighteenth report curation report of the project with the same approach we started last week in which we will show the reason why we chose the posts to show today and a particular topic that can be reflective, funny, educational, etc, so, let's go with today's report!

En el Proyecto Aliento y como Testigos en Hive, trabajamos día a día en apoyar a los creadores de contenido de la cadena, y en especial, a aquellos que hacen vida en las Comunidades Amigas que apoyamos.
Desde @aliento.love queremos mostrar un poco del porqué apoyamos directamente estas publicaciones, para que muchos de nuestros hivers que hacen vida en nuestra comunidad puedan encontrar un rumbo y una idea hacia dónde dirigir sus publicaciones, cómo mejorarlas a través de analizar el contenido de otras personas, etc.
Hoy les traemos el décimo octavo reporte de curación del proyecto con el mismo enfoque que comenzamos la semana pasada en el cuál mostraremos el motivo por el cuál elegimos los posts a mostrar el día de hoy y un tópico particular que puede ser reflexivo, divertido, educativo, etc, así que, ¡vamos con el reporte de hoy!

Topic of the day: RELEASING NEGATIVE ENERGY IS THE KEY
It is very easy during our life to host and sustain a lot of negative energy that ends up hurting us beyond the psychological, that is, also affecting our physical health; there are always events that could be considered negative in life with which we have to deal, whether material losses, human losses, layoffs in a job, bad news where we live and so on, that can bring us bad energies.
In order to cope with that and deal with it in the best way, there is nothing better than disconnecting for a short time to stop thinking about those things and do activities that we are passionate about, such as camping, traveling, making music, dancing; personally, going on a trip works for me.
Recently I went on vacation for 4 days and I was able to go to the beach again, the beach for me is a sanctuary where I can reboot myself spiritually, the energies that I have on me feel like they are drained and leave me completely empty to fill everything in the best way.
I always recommend you to make a disconnection in any moment of life where you feel you can't do it anymore, because you could find yourself again in a way you can't even imagine, and that can make you see life again in a beautiful way that will give you reasons to smile and go on.

Es muy fácil durante nuestra vida el alojar y sostener mucha energía negativa que termina por hacernos daño más allá de lo sicológico, es decir, también afectando nuestra salud física; siempre hay sucesos que podrían considerarse negativos en la vida con los que tenemos que lidiar, ya sean pérdidas materiales, pérdidas humanas, despidos en un empleo, malas noticias en donde vivimos y así sucesivamente, eso nos puede acarrear malas energías.
Para uno poder sobrellevar eso y lidiar de la mejor manera, no hay nada mejor que desconectarse por un tiempo pequeño para dejar de pensar en esas cosas y hacer actividades que nos apasionen como ir a acampar, irse de viaje, hacer música, bailar; a mí en lo personal me funciona mucho irme de viaje.
Hace poco me fuí de vacaciones por 4 días y pude ir a la playa de nuevo, la playa para mí es un santuario donde puedo reiniciarme espiritualmente, las energías que tengo encima siento como se drenan y me dejan completamente vacío para llenar todo de la mejor manera.
Les recomiendo siempre hacer una desconexión en cualquier momento de la vida donde sientas que ya no puedes más, porque podrías reencontrarte contigo de una manera que ni te imaginas, y eso puede hacer que vuelvas a ver la vida de una manera hermosa que te dará motivos para sonreír y seguir adelante.

Every time the Hivers (or Hiveans) meet somewhere in the world, blockchain smiles, because that is our main goal, to create a huge community with a strength that has never been known before; this year in Mexico there will be an event known as Talent Land, which is one of the biggest events regarding technology, development and entrepreneurship in which Hive will participate with @starkerz as Speaker in the Main Stage with our founder @eddiespino helping in the organization.
In this post @alex-rourke shows us some photos where he could meet with great icons of our blockchain as @manuphotos (witness @hivecuba), the same @starkerz and our boss @eddiespino in person, plus other great characters, in short a post that fills us with happiness for the great representation we will have at the event.
Cada vez que los Hivers (o Hiveans) se encuentran en algún lugar del mundo, la blockchain sonríe, porque ese es nuestro principal objetivo, el crear una comunidad enorme con una solidez que no se haya conocido nunca antes; este año en México se dará un evento conocido como Talent Land, el cuál es uno de los eventos más grandes con respecto a tecnología, desarrollo y emprendimiento en el cuál Hive va a participar de la mano de @starkerz siendo Speaker en el Main Stage con nuestro fundador @eddiespino ayudando en la organización.

The posts of @tesmoforia have always been amazing posts, she is a creator who puts too much passion and love to her publications, although unfortunately today she doesn't bring us one of her amazing craft posts, however, the story behind her post today is beautiful, because she decided to save the paw of a kitten that doesn't belong to her, but that she has kept under surveillance because she had an accident that could cost her paw.
Something beautiful about this post is to see how she used her creativity to build a splint for the kitten to immobilize her paw to prevent her from hurting herself until she could take her to a veterinarian, definitely an admirable post that also brings out her creativity in difficult moments.
Los posts de @tesmoforia siempre han sido posts increíbles, es una creadora que le pone demasiada pasión y cariño a sus publicaciones, aunque lamentablemente hoy no nos trae uno de sus increíbles posts de manualidades, sin embargo, la historia detrás de su post de hoy es hermosa, pues ella decidió salvar la pata de una gatita que no le pertenece, pero que ha mantenido en vigilancia porque tuvo un accidente que podía costarle la patica.
Algo hermoso de este post es ver cómo utilizó su creatividad para poder construirle una férula a la gatita para inmovilizar su pata para evitar que se hiciera más daño hasta poder llevarla a un veterinario, definitivamente un post admirable que además saca a relucir mucho la creatividad de ella en momentos difíciles.
